The wedding was the most beautiful, perfect event ever. And, I´m not just saying that because it was mine! The weather cooperated amazingly, the photographer was so enamoured with my first dress that she took over 700 photos, and the entire female part of the wedding got their hair and make up fully done so everyone felt like a queen for the day.
Ryan, Chris´s Brother, performed the ceremony. It was his first wedding so it was very meaningful for him and equally emotional for us to have him in Mexico all the way from the Vatican.
The food was so incredible and filling that we could not eat our 7 ordered appetizers so we are going back to the club today at 2:30 to eat them! It was very generous of the club manager to allow us to do this. Plus, we´ll continue whittling away at that open bar tab. Ha ha.
The best news of all is that Erik, my brother, and his long suffering girlfriend Cherris got engaged after the ceremony. It was a night of love and laughter and many tears of happiness and joy.
It was the perfect evening.
